The first half has this super bright indie pop sound reminiscent of Flaming Lips and Talking Heads, and then it takes a dark and somber turn and feels more like early Bright Eyes or Elliot Smith. Top to bottom, back to front, all around, every minute of this album is gold. Favorite track: The Ballad Of Andy Woehead.
